INGREDIENTS
CHOCOLATE LAYER
60 g ice cubes, or more frozen banana
80 g banana
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp flaxseed meal
80-90 g oreo cookies or homemade vegan chocolate cookies
150 ml plant milk
CREAM LAYER
whipped coconut cream or vegan ice cream
METHOD
In a high-speed blender, blend all your chocolate layeringredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
Layer the chocolate and cream alternatively into your Bamboo CuporCoconut Cupand serve with your choice of toppings and aBamboo Straw.
