Ethical Wages

We pay our artisans 30% above ethical wage and income standards set by Fair Trade and the ETI Base Code. Since 2016 we’ve been able to provide full time job certainty to our growing team in regional areas of Vietnam and Indonesia. We are proud to offer job certainty, we believe it is crucial in creating the foundations of a good life, allowing people to plan and invest in their future.

Working environment

The health of the people who make our Coconut Bowls is as important as the artisans who craft them so we ensure their working conditions stand up to the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code. This is a globally recognised code of positive labour practices that ensures the rights of all people.

Gender Equality

Guaranteeing wage equality and job opportunities between genders has seen our workforce of artisans thrive. Providing a welcoming and positive workplace has created a space for our artisans to voice any concerns, be heard and know they’re safeguarded against prejudice.
