Returns Policy

We’re confident that you will love our products! However, if you don't, you're welcome to return your order within 14 days for a refund.

If you're not completely satisfied please email customercare@coconutbowls.com within 14 days of purchase. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the product you're dissatisfied with.

Once received a member of our team will provide you with the return, replacement or refund instructions.

No Returns on Sale items.

SHIPPING FEES.Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Email customercare@coconutbowls.com with the reason for return, photos of the products you want to return and your order #.
2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Do not return your parcel without our approval. 
3. You will then need to package and return your parcel to the address provided, and provide our support team with the tracking number.
4. Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to 'Delivered'.

*Item/s must be returned in their original packaging for a refund. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging we may provide a store credit.

**No refunds on digital products. With the exception of purchases of eBook orders, the purchase price can be refunded upon purchase of hardcover cookbook.
