[SERVES 1]

INGREDIENTS 
  • Water, 1 cup
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Maple Syrup
  • Pineapple Chunks, 5 pcs
  • Ice, 1 cup
  • Blue Spirulina, 1/2 tsp
  • Pink Pitaya Powder, 1/2 tsp
METHOD
  1. Blend all ingredients except for the Spirulina and Pitaya Powder. 
  2. Divide mixture into two bowls.
  3. Add Blue Spirulina in one bowl and Pink Pitaya Powder in another. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Add each colour alternatingly to create the galaxy look.
  5. Serve with your favourite Bamboo Straws or Wooden Spoons. Enjoy!
